Pilates stay with experienced Pilates instructor Jana Valentová.

We invite you to a weekend, where you will have the opportunity to exercise, consult your problems related to a sore spine and the entire musculoskeletal system, and last but not least, enjoy a weekend full of relaxation in an exceptional place.

Pilates is a system of highly effective and efficient exercises, suitable as a rehabilitation exercise adapted to the client's needs. After overcoming her own health problems, Janka can perfectly understand sick clients and relieve pain by regularly accompanying them with activities.

Her Pilates stay is intended for both beginners and advanced students. She will attend to you during the morning and evening lessons, during which, among other things, she will show you various tips on how to prevent back pain, how to relieve pain at home with a series of simple exercises, and you can also look forward to a discussion throughout your stay.

The offer includes:

Accommodation for 2 or 3 nights in a double room or single room with breakfast
A daily half-pension
Exercise according to the program,
Usage of the Spa with Finn sauna, Steam bath, and a jacuzzi (daily 11.00-19.00)

The price of the stay is from 309,00 €/ person in a double room for 2 nights and from 409,00 €/ person in a double room for 3 nights. In the case of a room occupied by 1 person, the price of the stay is 389,00 € for 2 nights and 529,00 € for 3 nights. The stay is suitable for beginners and advanced. The weekend stay can be booked between November 11th and November 16th, 2025, and it is possible to extend it until November 17th.

Information about the instructor

Janka has been practicing Pilates professionally for 8 years when she became an instructor at the Balanced Body Pilates school. Exercise became her way to a healthier body and mind.

Cancellations are accepted in written form only.
Children and extra beds	Children under 1 year stay free of charge, children between 1 year and 3 years (inclusive) are charged 15,00 €/ night. Children between 4 years and 15 years (inclusive) are charged 40,00 € per night. Guests above 16 years are charged 70,00 € per night. The listed prices apply to accommodation with breakfast.
Pets	Properly trained dogs are allowed at a daily fee of 25,00 €, in the company of the owner of the dog, and kept on a leash. Guide dogs for the visually impaired can stay at the hotel with their owner for free. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants, bars, lounges, and conference facilities (this prohibition does not apply to guide dogs).
