Take a break from your everyday duties and enjoy a weekend full of positive energy and relaxation.

During the weekend you can look forward to intensive flow yoga lessons aimed at waking up and strengthening your body, complemented by pleasant muscle stretching and guided relaxation. It also relaxes your mind. Part of the weekend will include also a course on breathing techniques with a focus on proper breathing and an explanation of basic breathing techniques. In case of good weather, you will practice in the beautiful area of the castle park directly under the treetops, which will enhance the feeling of relaxation.

About Petra Ďurica

Petra is an active yoga instructor focusing on flow yoga and vinyasa yoga, during which she interconnects individual yoga postures with breathing and a smooth transition between them. In her lessons, you can look forward not only to intense warming of the whole body and muscle involvement but also to pleasant stretching and guided relaxation. Petra advises practitioners to discover and deepen the range of their yoga skills and knowledge, and to integrate the body, mind, and heart in everyday life.

Whether you're a curious beginner or an advanced yogi, the variety of Petra's lessons will satisfy everyone. During the lesson, she will teach you something new and fill you with energy and strength. Thanks to her traveling passion she deepens her yoga practice during her travels in various countries of the world. She also regularly attends workshops and seminars with foreign lecturers and then gives her acquired experience at her yoga lessons.

Children and extra beds	Children under 1 year stay free of charge, children between 1 year and 3 years are charged 15,00 €/ night. Children between 4 years and 15 years are charged 40,00 € per night. Guests above 16 years are charged 70,00 € per night.
Pets	Properly trained dogs are allowed at a daily fee of 25,00 €, in the company of the owner of the dog, and kept on a leash. Guide dogs for the visually impaired can stay at the hotel with their owner for free. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants, bars, lounges, and conference facilities (this prohibition does not apply to guide dogs).
