Cancellation	Stays booked during the months: January, February, March, April (except Easter Friday–Monday), May, October (except Halloween 30.10–2.11), November, December (except New Year’s Eve 29.12–2.1). • In case of cancellation or date change more than 3 days before arrival, no cancellation fee is charged. • In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged. • For date changes made less than 3 days before arrival, the same conditions apply as for cancellation. Stays booked for the following periods: Easter (Friday–Monday), June, July, August, September, Halloween (30.10–2.11). • In case of cancellation or date change more than 7 days before arrival, no cancellation fee is charged. • In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged. • For date changes made less than 7 days before arrival, the same conditions apply as for cancellation. Stays booked for the following period: New Year’s Eve (29.12–4.1). • In case of cancellation or date change more than 21 days before arrival, no cancellation fee is charged. • In case of cancellation between 20 and 15 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the booked services will be charged. • In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the booked services will be charged. • For date changes made less than 14 days before arrival, the same conditions apply as for cancellation. Cancellations are accepted only in written form.
Children and extra beds	Children under 1 year stay free of charge, children between 1 year and 3 years (inclusive) are charged 15,00 €/ night. Children between 4 years and 15 years (inclusive) are charged 40,00 € per night. Guests above 16 years are charged 70,00 € per night. The listed prices apply to accommodation with breakfast.
Pets	Properly trained dogs are allowed at a daily fee of 25,00 €, in the company of the owner of the dog, and kept on a leash. Guide dogs for the visually impaired can stay at the hotel with their owner for free. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants, bars, lounges, and conference facilities (this prohibition does not apply to guide dogs).
